On these very Blessed Nights of Layl-ul-Qadr and on the Commemoration of the Martyrdom of Ameer al-Momineen, the Shia Muslim Council and countless Muslim Organizations were out serving; serving the under-privileged and under-served. Humanitarian Day, organized by ILM Foundation and Coalition for Human Dignity has brought together Muslims from all different communities in the best way possible during the blessed month of Ramadan.
During the prophetic period, among the most important values stressed by the Prophet himself was to care for the less fortunate, “Be merciful to those on Earth, and the One in the Heavens will be merciful to you. This message was beautifully exhibited during these holiest days of Ramadan.
