Salams,

CAIR-LA invites you to #VigilantLOVE, a solidarity community vigil to grieve and condemn the tragic mass shooting in San Bernardino as well as stand together against the rampant Islamophobia sweeping our nation. A coalition of over 30 organizations are coming together this Thursday, Dec 10th to pledge their support for the safety and justice of Americans, but particularly the American Muslim, Sikh, South Asian and Arab American communities. Join us as we build bridges of vigilant love with our allies, heal from prayer together and present a call to action for all. This is an intentional effort to counter the mainstream narrative of insularity and to uplift the ongoing legacy of communities showing up in solidarity.

Please use the hashtag #VigilantLOVE, and bring your signs promoting love over fear, peace over violence, and justice for all people within our communities and around the world.
