#MehdiHassan, #MuslimUnity – SMC Leaders, Khalil Dewji, MehdiReza Hirji, Dr. Fatma Hakkak and Salam Hariri attended a Public Speaking Seminar with Political Journalist, Mehdi Hassan, at Bayan College in Clarermont. The seminar included leaders and Imams from other organizations. The seminar provided guidance and technique when speaking about Islam with the media and other outlets. Mehdi Hasan also had the opportunity to meet with SMC seperately after the seminar and was impressed by work the SMC was able to accomplish with its membership and encouraged us to continue to bringing the community together.
